Menu 3 Boneless breast of seasoned grilled chicken (two 4 oz breasts) and home made baked lasagna with brick, motzerella, and parmesan cheeses (vegetarian available). Choice of two salads from our $15.5 per person plus hst. Menu 4 Sirloin roast of beef in gravy with a kaiser bun. Choice of two salads from our salad selection and sweet mixed pickles. $14 per person plus hst. ADD ASSORTED SOFT DRINKS TO YOUR ORDER FOR $1.00 PER PERSON
Please consider these menus as suggestions only. We would be happy to customize a menu to meet your requirements.
All of our budget buffets are dressed with linen table cloths and decorated with artificial vines and ornamental foods. Linen for guest?s tables may be rented @ $5 per cloth & hst and gratuities. Included with the meal are a china plate, a fork and a knife. Coffee is served with disposable cups, however, china can be provided for an additional
cost of $1.50 per person plus taxes and gratuities. Dessert has not
been included but is available at an additional cost from our dessert selection. Additional salads may be added for $1.00 per person plus hst and gratuities.
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The balance of payment is due on the day of the function. Mid-Knight Catering must
be notified of the guaranteed number of guests at least seven days prior to the function date. In the event that attendance is less than
the guaranteed number, the customer is responsible to pay for the guaranteed number. If you think that you may have tentative guests, we can accommodate small numbers with advanced notice.
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Balance of payment is due on the day of the function. Mid-Knight Catering must be notified of the guaranteed number of guests at least seven days prior to the function date. In the event that the attendance is less than the guaranteed number, the customer is responsible to pay for the guaranteed number. A delivery charge may apply to orders outside of our local delivery area.
