Service Includes
We will provide you with complete reception consultation.
Mid-Knight Catering is committed to the belief
that presentation and service are as important
as taste.
Professionally dressed, black tie staff and an
experienced manager will oversee your function.
Your tables will be dressed with white linen table
cloths, complete china settings, after dinner
mints, individually wrapped toothpicks, and your
choice of coloured linen napkins artfully arranged
in the wine glasses. A floating candle will grace
your tables. We place skirting on the head table.
Additional skirting for other tables can be arranged
for an additional cost.
All buffets will be covered with white linen tablecloths
and decorated with artificial vines and ornamental
foods.
Pre-arranged children's portions and vegetarian
dinners are available. Please let us know of any
food allergies.
We can make suggestions and recommendations for
bar service, disc jockey service, wine making
service, and decorating service.
We can provide full clean up and take down for
an additional charge.
For
weddings where the ceremony is performed on site,
please add $1.00 per person to the menu prices
as the room must be set up prior to your guests
arrival at an earlier than normal time.
Guaranteed Number
Mid-Knight Catering must be notified of the guaranteed
attendance of your guests at least seven days
prior to the function date. In the event that
the attendance is less than the guaranteed number,
the customer must pay for the guaranteed number.
If you think that you may have tentative guests,
we can accommodate small numbers with advanced
notice.
Payment
Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
The balance of payment is due on the day of the
function.
